We try to live our values every day, be socially responsible, give back to society and reach out to our community as well. The reason we contribute to Alianza Anticancer Infantil A.B.P.  is to support children with cancer and their families.

Giving back to society, living our values, being socially responsible

Our company has supported for close to two years now the nonprofit Alianza Anticancer Infantil, a charity association stablished in Monterrey, MX that helps people from all over our country providing with a complete cancer treatment for people with no resources, they have been doing this for the past 22 years.

Karla Garcia, Human Capital Generalist at Definity First, helping to recycle for Alianza Anticancer Infantil AC.

The way this association funds itself to provide to others is thru recycling, they receive many kinds of materials, like plastic lids and/or PET, which can be sold to recycling centers for obtaining economic funds. After that, they are able to provide nutritional and psychological support, host and transportation for kids from 0 to 21 years old free of charge, they provide this to people who don’t have resources enough for their treatments.

This is how Definity First found an activity that is perfect for us to participate giving back to the community with just a little daily task like to put in a recycling bin all that special materials which help to improve the life-quality of some kids with cancer in our community, as plastic bottles, soda cans, screw caps, and batteries.

As we can see, since our first donations in December 2015 to now, our team is always engaged with this actions, so here is where we say "collaboration makes us better’’, and we are pretty sure that 2017 will be a year when we increase al lot our engagement and contribution to the cause.
